每年公益金服飾日，卓君學校都會攪攪新意思，前年以太空為主題，去年？忘記了，今年以民族服裝為主題。收到主題的兩星期內不停想，哪個民族的服飾既特別、又輕便得可以上一天的課呢？結果心大心細，拖了幾乎兩星期，最後在網上搜集資料，終於決定做印度、巴基斯坦等回教國家的服飾。

我先從我的衣料的存貨內，選了一塊做了一件上衣。可是家中沒有合適的布料做長衭及頸巾，幸好卓君又十分重視服飾日，於是某天田徑訓練後，我倆便步行去布匹市場買合適的白布及條子布。期間卓君對我說：「倘若我是老板，我一定會把貨物收拾得整整齊齊！」真有道理，希望他的衣櫃及書桌也會整整齊齊。

這套服飾一點也不浪費，因為頸巾做長了一點，大人也合用，帽子跟頸巾的尺寸也一樣的，拆了線後又是一條頸巾，白衭適合飛飛或韜韜粵劇演出用，上衣就做小了一點，可以給飛飛今年當裙子。

做衣裳給孩子原來那麼有滿足感的！

知藥用藥：兒童用蚊怕水 須留意成份 (蘋果)

登革熱殺入本港，爆發七年以來首宗本地登革熱個案，除了登革熱外，蚊子也可傳播日本腦炎疾病，市民必須做好防蚊措施。但市面上有很多預防蚊咬的產品，例如蚊怕水、驅蚊貼、電子驅蚊器等，單單是蚊怕水已經有很多品牌，而各種品牌的成份及所含的份量都不同，使用時也有些事項要特別留意。

有效驅蚊成份
具驅蚊作用的成份有 DEET（避蚊胺）、 Picaridin、 Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus（檸檬尤加利油）及 Permethrin（百滅寧）。檸檬尤加利油是從植物提煉出來，它的效用與低濃度的 DEET差不多，但不適用於 3歲以下的兒童。百滅寧則主要用在衣物、露營用品上。

不同的濃度分別
濃度越高，保護的能力越持久，如果需要長時間在戶外（時間超過三至四小時），可選擇含 20%DEET成份的驅蚊劑，但如果只是外出一段短時間，可用含量低過 20%DEET的產品。

防蚊小貼士
1.到室外的時候應使用驅蚊劑，即使是幾分鐘，也應該使用驅蚊劑2.先清潔雙手，然後將蚊怕水噴上手，用手將蚊怕水塗上面及適當的位置；切勿將蚊怕水直接噴在面上，以免噴到眼睛3.應把蚊怕水塗在衣服或完整的皮膚上（切勿將蚊怕水塗在傷口、黏膜上）4.出汗或游泳後可能需要重新塗上驅蚊劑5.戶外活動後，用肥皂及水清潔皮膚，以免蚊怕水長時間留在皮膚上6.不建議使用濃度高過 10%的 DEET蚊怕水於兒童身上7.不建議兩個月以下幼童使用含 DEET成份的蚊怕水撰

2010/9/26 沙田小瀝源單車公園

隨著孩子的「駕駛」技術越來越高，我們常去的九龍灣單車公園、寨城公園單車公園或鯉魚門渡假村暫時不太適合他們，於是上網四出搜尋，終於找到了這個單車公園，既適合技術好的卓君，亦適合初哥飛飛。

公園停車場的車位不算多，但星期日一大清早不算車多，泊好車便舉家出動。從停車場去單車場要經過公園，我嚴禁他們上單車，韜韜的四輪例外。

爸爸替韜韜除去輔助輪。

我先跟他們跑一圈，看看這個單車公園好不好玩，有那些地方要提醒一下他們注意安全。

爸爸勞苦功高，教曉三個孩子踏單車。

卓君這一天充份表現大哥的風範！飛飛上斜失平衡，卓君幫她一把，待她成功起步之後，才登上自己的單車。

 

他們的技術越來越好，看來我也不能再逃避，要操練一下，以免將來去單車徑時，包尾的老是我。

2010/9/25 Faye’s school PTA picnic

We had been looking eagarly for a chance to meet Faye’s new classmates and their parents leisurely. Here came the chance. We were lucky enough to get 3 places to join the PTA picnic!!!

We walked to Faye’s school together happily. We took some photos at that beautiful campus.

The first activity was playing golf at Tai Po Shuen Wan Golf Centre. The scene was nice. The weather was fine. We had a good time there. One of Faye’s classmates was very good and experience at golf. Therefore, Faye could use her small golf club.

After one hour, we went to Lingnam University for lunch. The food was so-so. However, the girls had happy time at the canteen to play ‘花繩'.

Later on, we went to 天水圍綠田園 and tried different activities. The glass sticker that Faye and Dad made was really beautiful.

At the end, we forgot to get on the coach. Luckily, a parent kindly gave us a call to remind us to go back. We were so embarrassed as the Principal and many teachers were on our coach.

2010/9/22 中秋佳節

雖然一早已經做節，但中秋節正日例牌去婆婆家吃飯，這年也不例外，不過有一點不同的是，Linda今年破例在香港過中秋！未來幾年也相信會如此，因為她終於做了正確的決定－－生BB。

我少有拍生活照的，但因為有新的相機，總要熟習一下運作。這是一部Sony紅色的相機，但拍短片的質素奇差，還未記得它是什麼型號阿天已於幾星期後賣掉了它。

卓君買了個蓮藕花燈送給我，但我把它吊在客廳的吊燈下，拆不下來，所以他沒有花燈，只有玩韜韜的燈泡。他發現一個十分好玩的玩法，就是玩光跡。飛飛和他鬥畫得長，玩得電線也斷了。

在公園走一圈，拍幾張合照便回家休息。

2010/9/1 First Day of School

I woke up at 6:18 a.m. and then woke Tyler and Faye up at 6:30 a.m. They were so excited to go to school that they got out of bed almost immediately.

They finished their breakfast in a flash, brushed teeth in a flash, got dressed in a flash and took their school bags in a flash :) It was too early! It was only 6:56 a.m. The best thing to do was to take some photos.

We left home at 7:05 a.m.

Faye, Tyler and I went to the pick up point for Tyler.

Another boy was also waiting for his school bus. He was not there last year.

After Tyler got on the school bus, Faye and I walked to the new school.

Many girls were going to the same destination, of course!

I dared not take photo at first. But when I arrived the Covered Playground, it was quite chaotic. There were so many cameras and parents. I certainly followed what they were doing.

The girls near the top of the photos were P.4 girls. Therefore, there were no crazy parents surrounding them.

That was also my first day of school. I could not stay any longer. When the bell rang at 7:45 a.m., I left at once. The school was so beautiful that I did not want to leave!
