Tyler’s journal
Today was a busy day. We took tram 51 to Heizel to go to Mini Europe and Atomium. First we went to Mini Europe. After hear “Mini”, I knew that it was a minimized Europe! Oh, after looking at the streets of Holland, I noticed it was only made of cardboard!
In the Atomium, I read one of the explanations saying that the Atomium was a 1850’s World Expo Exhibition Hall! At first, we could go to the kid’s world on the second floor, but it was closed because it was very dangerous. It had nothing to support, and it was only held on the side!
The Comics Museum was a place with comics, old and new. We only looked at Tintin’s corner! At the end, we bought some souvenirs. Trevor had a car and Faye and me had a book.
We went to the city centre next to see the Pissy Child and to have some tea. Dad wanted to try waffles. Wow! The waffles were so delicious! The Pissy Child was located on a nearby corner. I couldn’t believe the statue was so small and out-of-the-way! Anyway, Dad and me took photos.
Today was a busy and happy day! Thank you mom, dad!
