The first stop was 恆香制餅廠. We can watch how different products were produced. However, Tyler and Faye were only interested in the automatic egg roll making machine. At the end of our visit, each of us were given a mini 老婆餅. Yum yum!
The next stop was 茶果製作班. We made our own sticky rice dumpling. The filling was 眉豆, peanut and spring onion. Yum yum.
We have a few family photos since it is quite difficult to take by ourselves. We do not like asking others to help us take photo since we don't want to bother the others. It usually takes a long time to wait for drm to get in the mood. A few of our friends will take the initiative to help us take photos and email back to us. There was one that day. Thank you very much.
After filling our tummy, we climbed up a long flight of stairs to a small peak to have a panorama view of Lau Fau Shan.
Next we walked to a spot very close to the Wetland Park. At first, we were interested in what the guide said. However, she only spoke to herself later on. Therefore, it was so boring all the way. Luckily, Trevor felt asleep for half an hour.
It was time to have lunch. We ate at an overcrowded restaurant. Food was so-so. Service was so-so. Hygiene was so so. I had a tummy ache later that afternoon.
After lunch, the coach took us to Fanling Lavender Garden. Again, overcrowded and dirty. Luckily we only have to stay there for around 1 hour. The children fed the goat, played at the children playground. Trevor had an accident. He felt from the swing.
