As we had eaten croissants and grapes for lunch at Beethovengang, we went to the city centre to tea. We got off at the Stephansplatz station.
At first, we wanted to visit the Stephansdom (史蒂芬大教堂). However, the church was under renovation. Part of the church was covered by a big photo of itself. Thus, we looked around for a comfortable cafe for ice-cream, coffee and cake.
There were street artists earning money in different form. We saw embossed pictures and ‘statue’ performers.
The statue located near my head in the photo below was Pestsaule. Just like the one in Linz, it was to commemorate the victims of black death in the past.
Tin and the kids’ favourite was toy shop. No matter where we went, toy shop must be one of the must-go spot. Trevor was ecstatic over the cars and trains at the shop. Tin explained to him that they would only buy those were special and could not be found in Hong Kong. Trevor dashed in and reported to Tin in the next moment, ‘爸爸爸爸! 呢度D玩具全~~部香港都冇架!’
The orientation of the following was right. Trevor was so eager to talk to Tin that his head was making a right angle with his truck.
Faye was so happy to choose souvenior for herself and others. Just like the toy shop in Germany and Switzerland, there was a toilet open to customer. I spent a great time inside!
We spent almost one hour at the toy shop. Afterwards, we went to Swarovski to purchase crystal. Faye was a real girl. She loved browsing at the shop and kept asking questions about.
There were huge bubbles for kids and money collection box for parents.
We went to an Asian restaurant for dinner.
Choosing chocolate at Billa.
Stamping old used ticket before entering the Bahn station.
Faye took stairs while we took lift.
When the three adults were packing the luggage, the four kids shared grapes, wrote diary and drew pictures at the garden. We all liked our stay at Do Step Inn.
